Subscription & Auto-Delivery Policy
MD® offers an Auto-Delivery subscription option on select products so that customers can maintain their clinical results without re-ordering manually. This policy explains how Auto-Delivery works, how to enroll, how to manage your subscription, and how to cancel.
How Auto-Delivery Works
- Default cycle: Auto-Delivery ships every 90 days (every 30 days for select supplements or products, as indicated at checkout).
- Pricing: Each Auto-Delivery shipment is billed at the Auto-Delivery price displayed on the product page at the time of each renewal. Introductory or sign-up discounts apply only to the first shipment unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus gifts: Where offered, one bonus gift is included per order and applies to your first shipment only, unless otherwise stated.
- Billing date: Your saved payment method is charged on the same day each cycle (the anniversary of your previous shipment), and tracking is emailed once dispatched.
Enrolling in Auto-Delivery (Purchase Option at Checkout)
To enroll in Auto-Delivery on an eligible product:
- On the product page, select the “Subscribe & Save” (or “Auto-Delivery”) purchase option instead of “One-Time Purchase.”
- Choose your preferred delivery frequency from the available options (typically every 30 or 90 days).
- Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout.
- Complete checkout. Your first shipment ships immediately at the Auto-Delivery price; subsequent shipments arrive automatically at the chosen interval.
You may combine one-time purchases and Auto-Delivery items in the same order. Only the Auto-Delivery items will recur on a schedule.
Subscription Benefits
- Auto-Delivery pricing as shown on each product page (typically lower than one-time purchase price on eligible products).
- Hassle-free re-orders — no need to remember to re-purchase.
- Free shipping on Auto-Delivery orders that meet the standard MD® free-shipping threshold ($99 U.S. / $140 international), per the Shipping Policy.
- Priority customer care for subscription-related questions.
- Cancel any time — no minimum-term commitment, no cancellation fee.
Managing Your Subscription
You can fully manage your Auto-Delivery from your MD® account dashboard at www.md-factor.com/account/login. From the dashboard you can:
- View upcoming orders, billing dates, and order history.
- Update your saved payment method.
- Change your shipping address.
- Change the delivery frequency.
- Swap one MD® product for another eligible Auto-Delivery product.
- Skip an upcoming shipment.
- Pause your subscription temporarily.
- Cancel your subscription.

Skipping or Pausing
You can pause, skip, or change the delivery interval of your Auto-Delivery at any time from your MD® account dashboard or by emailing Customer Care at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Requests received within 3 business days of the next billing date may not be processed in time to affect that cycle.
Payment Method Updates & Failed Payments
- Expired or updated cards: Please update your saved payment method in your account dashboard whenever you receive a new card. If your payment method is updated automatically by your bank (Visa Account Updater or similar), the new card details will be applied automatically.
- Failed payment attempts: If a payment attempt fails (declined card, insufficient funds, expired card), MD® will attempt to re-charge the saved payment method up to 3 times over a 7-day period and will email you a payment-failure notification with a direct link to update your payment.
- Persistent payment failure: If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, the affected Auto-Delivery cycle will be skipped, and your subscription will remain active for the next scheduled cycle. After three consecutive failed cycles, MD® may pause your subscription and notify you by email; you can reactivate it from your account dashboard any time.
Cancellation
You can cancel Auto-Delivery at any time, with no early-cancellation fee and no minimum-term commitment, by any of the following:
- Account dashboard: Log in at www.md-factor.com/account/login and click “Cancel Subscription” on the relevant subscription.
- Email: customercare@md-factor.com with the subject line “Cancel Auto-Delivery” and your order number.
- Phone: 1-888-882-5788 (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time).
Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle. If your next shipment has already been processed, charged, or dispatched, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle — MD® cannot reverse a charge or recall a shipment once it has entered fulfillment processing or left our facility.
Refunds on Auto-Delivery Shipments
The MD® Refund & Return Policy applies to Auto-Delivery shipments: unopened products returned within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. To return an Auto-Delivery shipment, follow the standard Return Authorization process described in the Refund Policy.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure (California Residents)
This subscription will automatically renew at the Auto-Delivery price shown on the product page at the time of each renewal, charged to your saved payment method on the same day of each billing cycle, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time using any of the methods listed above in the Cancellation section. By enrolling in Auto-Delivery, you consent to these recurring charges in compliance with the California Auto-Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.) and the Federal Trade Commission’s Negative Option Rule.
Changes to This Policy
MD® may update this Subscription & Auto-Delivery Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially increases the price or modifies a key term of an active subscription, MD® will notify enrolled customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, with sufficient time to cancel without further charges.
