Shipping Overview
Thank you for shopping with MD, where science meets self-care. We’re committed to delivering your MD Lash, MD Hair, MD Skin, and MD Wellness products quickly, securely, and globally.
All products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and processed within 8 business hours. Most orders placed before 3 PM PST ship the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Options
United States (Domestic Orders)
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
International Orders
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on customs and destination
- We ship to 20+ countries, including Canada, UAE, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, UK, Singapore, and Australia
- International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, or customs fees.
- We reserve the right to notify you by email if the destination country requires a higher shipping fee. For purchases over $199, we offer free international shipping. We reserve the right to choose the carrier and class of shipping. If you desire expedited or overnight shipping, an additional fee will be applied.

For international orders over $150, we reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and method. For expedited shipping, please get in touch with us to arrange payment of the additional fee.
ROUTE Shipping Protection
We’ve partnered with ROUTE to offer shipping insurance for peace of mind.

Claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date. Please review your package upon delivery and report any issues immediately to ROUTE for quick resolution.
Order Tracking & Notifications
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Local delivery timing may vary based on your location and the selected carrier. Some delays are outside our control, including disruptions in postal services or customs.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at 1-888-882-5788 or customercare@md-factor.com within 24 hours at no charge.
Cancellations after 24 hours or after shipment will incur a $25 restocking fee. Orders that have left the U.S. cannot be cancelled.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
MD is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or customs authorities. We strongly encourage selecting ROUTE at checkout to cover these risks.
Lost or delayed shipments:
- Domestic: Contact us if it has not been received within 3 weeks
- International: Contact us after 6 weeks
Returned Mail: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refused/Unclaimed Mail: Refunds will be issued only for the product cost, and only if the package is returned to us.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide, but please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price
- MD is not responsible for lost, held, or rejected shipments due to customs issues
- No refunds can be issued for international orders held or lost by customs
If your country is excluded or requires additional fees, we will notify you via email.
