1. Auto-Delivery Offers: Subscription Terms

MD® may offer products through an Auto-Delivery (subscription) service, which includes promotional pricing, bonus gifts, and/or free shipping. These terms govern all recurring orders.

Billing and Shipments

  • Frequency: Auto-delivery shipments occur every 90 days (3 months) or monthly, based on the selection made at checkout. Your selected billing frequency will be clearly stated on your order confirmation.

  • Pricing: All recurring orders will be charged to your payment method on file on the day the shipment is processed. We reserve the right to change product or shipping prices, but we will notify you of any material price changes before your next scheduled shipment.

  • Introductory Offers: The introductory discount, promotional pricing, and/or bonus gift apply exclusively to your first shipment. Subsequent recurring payments will be charged at the standard, non-discounted member price.

Cancellation and Management

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Auto-Delivery subscription at any time through your secure online account portal or by contacting Customer Service. Cancellation is designed to be as simple as signing up.

  • Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment date.

2. MD® Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We stand by the quality of our physician-formulated products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following terms:

Guarantee Terms

  • Limit: This guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer, per product, over the customer's lifetime. This policy prevents excessive abuse and ensures our premium formulations remain available.

  • Request Window: All guarantee requests must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • Processing: Refunds apply only to the full product price; original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • MD reserves the right to deny the Guarantee in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or excessive abuse of the policy to exploit the guarantee process.

Required Information for Guarantee Request

To process your request efficiently, please send an email to our Customer Service team with the following details:

  • Your full name and e-mail address.

  • Order number (if available), and the last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase.

  • A copy of your paper/digital invoice or a printed copy of your e-mail receipt.

  • The reason for the return/refund request.

3. Return Policy

This policy covers product returns, exchanges, and the resolution of shipping errors.

Unauthorized Resellers

MD® does not process returns or provide refunds for products purchased through third-party websites, physical stores, or unauthorized resellers.

Return Window & Condition

We take great care in the quality and integrity of our products. As part of this commitment, we can only accept returns of unused product.

  • Unused Product Returns: Unused bottles in their original, factory-sealed condition may be returned within 60 days of shipment date for a full refund of the product price, minus original shipping and handling fees.

  • Used Product: All sales are final on used, opened, or tampered products. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any bottle that has been used or opened.

  • Manufacturer Defect: If you experience an issue with the product packaging (e.g., a pump malfunction or a broken seal upon receipt), please contact us directly to authorize a product exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Customer Error (e.g., incorrect, undeliverable, or insufficient address provided) Re-shipped upon request. Customer is responsible for the new shipping and handling charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded for returns or re-shipments due to customer error.

Delivery, Shipping, and Risk of Loss: All purchases made through the MD Factor website are subject to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Delivery Policy: Detailed policies regarding shipping methods, costs, processing times, and liability for lost or damaged goods are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy.

  • Shipping Protection: We offer optional third-party shipping protection (Route) at checkout to ensure your package is protected against loss, damage, or theft after it leaves our facility. By opting in, you agree to the terms and conditions provided by the third-party insurer.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content, features, and functionality provided through the MD Factor website, including but not limited to all information, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and selection thereof (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of LA CANADA VENTURES, INC or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks The trademarks MD, MD Factor, and MD Lash Factor, along with all associated product names (including, but not limited to, MD Lash, MD Hair, MD Skin, and MD Wellness), logos, and slogans are the property of LA CANADA VENTURES, INC. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without the prior written permission of LA CANADA VENTURES, INC.

Permitted Use You may access and view the Content on the website for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Use You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Content or use of the service, or access to the service, without express written permission from us. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of Content.

  • Using any automated means (like bots, spiders, or scrapers) to collect, download, or copy Content.

  • Creating derivative works based on the Content.
